Coaching

I collaborate with my clients to help them take their ideas and turn them into plans. We work together to define their goals and break them down into doable steps that lead to the desired outcome. We’ll try to identify strengths and discover ways to use them to meet your goals. When we find what works for you we’ll try to use is in as many ways as we can. When we come across a weakness we look for a work around. It can be just as important to identify what doesn’t work for you so we can avoid it in the future. I ask questions to discover what is important to you so you can prioritize and find motivation to keep going. I can help problem solve when you come to a rough spot or get stuck so that you don’t lose momentum. Regular meetings help keep you focused on your goal and provide an external deadline for getting things done.

I generally meet coaching clients once a week for a 1hr session.
